Each content on the platform is accompanied by a license explaining the type of permitted use, and compliance with its terms is required upon purchase.

By using any content through Kavstock, you acknowledge that you have read the license terms and agree to comply with them.

This license allows you to use the content in one final project only, whether commercial or personal, such as advertisements, promotional videos, or publishing on digital platforms or cinema. It does not allow resale, distribution, or use of the content in more than one project or with more than one client.

Prohibited Uses

At Kavstock, we ensure that content is used within a professional and ethical framework. Therefore, using content is not permitted in the following cases:

In advertisements, projects, or publications that violate public taste or contain inappropriate or vulgar content.
Political campaigns or sensitive religious discussions.
In any work that promotes racism, hatred, or offense to a specific group or entity.
Materials that violate societal or moral values.
Promoting any illegal activity.
Distorting scenes or taking them out of their original context to produce misleading content.
Implying an official relationship with Kavstock without written permission.
